Rowan Jones, CEO Compendium Insurance Brokers
Rowan not only knows insurance - he lives it! His passion for putting his clients first has seen Compendium grow into one of the largest independent brokerages in the country. His vision, entrepreneurial drive, knack for strategic partnerships and inspirational leadership, ensures that Compendium continues to thrive in an increasingly competitive environment. Despite enormous structural and regulatory changes in the insurance industry and increasing economic pressures, clients continue to rely on Rowan's style of doing business.
In many ways, the Compendium brand is a reflection of Rowan's character: straight-forward, honest, committed, competitive and caring. "Technologies may change and products evolve", says Rowan, "but insurance will always be about people and their need for security in an uncertain world. If you don't care about that then you're in the wrong business".
When he is not working on the strategic development of Compendium, Rowan enjoys spending time with his family as well as cycling.
